Ratings & Reviews Gift Card Competition

Entry into the Venom Emilio Fashion Ratings & Reviews Competition (“Competition”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to enter are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter is Venom Emilio Fashion (“Promoter”), Australia.

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over (“Entrants”).

Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible to
enter.

For the purposes of these Terms, “immediate family” includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling,
grandparent, or in-law relationship.

The Competition is conducted on a monthly basis.

Each Competition Period commences on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the final day of that month (“Competition Period”).

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time.

Entrants may enter the Competition by receiving an invitation to submit a product review and completing a genuine review of a Venom Emilio Fashion product.

Each eligible review submitted during the Competition Period constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry relates to a separate product review.

All entries must be genuine, original, and submitted in accordance with any review guidelines provided by the
Promoter.

Each month, one (1) Entrant will be selected at random to receive:

A Venom Emilio Fashion Gift Card valued at $250 AUD

The Prize is:
• Redeemable online or in-store (where applicable)
• Not transferable or exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter

Where a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid using an alternative payment
method. No change will be given for partial redemption.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant Competition Period.

The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the end of each month, using a verified random selection
process.

The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in respect of the relevant Competition Period.

Entries must be lawful, respectful, and free from any content that is defamatory, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed, in its sole discretion, to undermine the integrity of the Competition.

Entries submitted on behalf of another individual will be deemed invalid.

All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

By submitting a review, Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and communicate their content for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes across any media, without further notice or compensation.

Entrants warrant that all submitted content is their original work and does not infringe the rights of any third
party.

Personal information collected in connection with the Competition will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used for the purposes of administering the Competition.

By entering, Entrants consent to receiving communications from Venom Emilio Fashion, including marketing and promotional materials. Entrants may opt out at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time where reasonably necessary, without prior notice.
